Here in NY they're trying to pass an Anti Cyber flashing bill. To cut down on random dick pics you'll receive. Thoughts?

Not sure how that would be enforceable. Best to just introduce social media policies where we can report this sort of thing.

Repeat offenders could then be looked at and investigated if needed.
