I found a proper Q&A Software which I would put on my server to replace retro when the day comes next year. Who is willing to join or would check?

Yes!! Definitely! But one thing, are you certain your server would have the capacity to handle the amount of traffic that it may/would probably experience?
Then there are the matters of constant upkeep, such as fixing crashes/malfunctions and banning people.
