Can you feel pain in your dreams (like when something hurts you in a dream)?

Probably only a handful of times. Typically I'm not being hurt in my dreams. The most disturbing ones would involve being chased or cornered but not touched

I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night screaming mostly because I dreamed of a life threatening situation. So I think I can feel fear but not sure about pain.

I never sensed physical pain, but emotional, soul, mental pains. I remember once sb slapped my face and each beat hurt deep inside bc I deserved it. Freud would have had pleasure with me.

That's a good question, i can feel things in my dreams as well.
pain, pleasure, lack of air, adrenaline, weightlessness. among other things.

I don't think so but I do feel fear. Last night I dreamt that I couldn't breath and it felt like I really couldn't.
