To those who’s OCs have big teams (6+), how do the handle that many Pokémon in their day to day life?

Fausto has the most Pokémon of all my OC's (18 to be exact), he keeps them all at a Pokémon daycare where they just relax, but when he is with all of them he's usually checking up on all of them and learning new battle strategies
