How simple is it to make several variations of the same artwork? How much usually needs to be redrawn?

It depends. If it's stuff like affects and items, then it's easy to paint over. But stuff like different positions and clothes is harder and takes way longer. Especially if I don't have the base drawing saved. I have to redraw it.
