Guys, what will you do if you are missing someone's presence but its kinda hard to contact them? Do you have any distractions to keep those feeling away?

I used to look back on memories with them when it happened, and I would cry. Afterwards, I got used to watching movies and cycling as a distraction or do other small things like editing and tidying up my room.
