Halloween is HER season. Since it's a few days after her birthday, she's still in the middle of that 'birthday rush' so she always goes all out on Halloween.

She decorates her house for Halloween, and since she lives in a mansion it's pretty easy to make a lot of fun stuff (haunted mansion things), and her knowledge about theater props make it easier to decorate. Her house is a popular spot for children to drop by in the Halloween night.
