Anything after July 2004, and given his condition several years before that.

Supposedly he was meeting with some guy regularly, ¿a biographer?. After a few months Reagan did not recognize him, after a few more months he didn't recognize Reagan. i.e. Things were pretty bad. He'd announced his diagnosis about 10 years before. Maybe things were good, for most of that, but that's not the impression I gleaned.

He didn't know about social media because it didn't exist yet, or not like it is now. Though he could've been an avid friendster user <smirk/eye-roll>
