Currently a little over 190lb, and for the first time ever, I found it difficult to clip my toenails, thanks to my new gut getting in the way.
You're over 100lbs heavier than me. What's your best method for clipping your toenails?

It's actually something you adjust to, i can't really explain why. You just kinda do. but I'm not the best person to ask cause I'm also extremely flexible from a decade of gymnastics.
