How would Kokoro react if someone, know what she can do, willingly went over and got down on their knees to ask to be hypnotized by her? They know what they're asking for, but don't care about the consequences.
I feel like you might be expecting the consequences to be something big, but her interest in hypnotizing is mostly the hypnosis and control itself, she'd only 'really' like hypnotizing people who do offer themselves up, and if they don't have a particular thing they'd want her to do she'd probably use them as a chair or have them pamper her.
