How many light and bright days and dark and gloomy ones do you have on average per month? Would you say you are more on the bright side?

I don't go outside I sit in my room I have no clue

Every day I am at work is dark and gloomy I am at work most days so most of my days are dark and gloomy. I probably have 1% of bright days a year.

Dark days are rare and almost nonexistent because of my choices.

Like 0.5 dark days per month at most. Bright days are a function of how many days off I have in a certain month. The rest are normal days but it's just that my eyes are too used to brightness.
