My favorite is when the outside of gummies are super crunchy, but the inside is... gummy. or the texture of like... sugary gummies?? like not gummies that are coated in sugar, but when the texture is kinda like uhhmmm like a sugar scrub??

Hard/crunchy in soft food, soft in hard/crunchy food, the entirety of mongo, the sort of stringiness pumpkin has... Textures I'm not used to as well, though I can learn to like them. Maybe.
