Guys. House thinks he's hearing voices and decides that he's not ready to be a doctor again,, then figures out the whispering is coming from his vent. He then opens Wilson's door and... guys.. GUYS. He was talking as if he was talking to his dead ex :((((( he was just,, saying stuff about how his day was going :((( BABYYYYY...

Just a little prank between coworkers/friends eh? Poor House though, thinking he's giving in to the hallucinations because it's less painful than properly grieving, meanwhile Wilson vented.
