I find this song very nostalgic and it was the song that really made me fall in love with both of these characters! It started a long, long obsession... I actually thought that this was the original version of Electric Angel for a while, but it isn't.

This one was hard... there's a lot of good Len covers!! I had to go with this one though because it's one of my favorite anime OPs sung by one of my favorite boys. What's there not to love? Also apparently there's a few people who have done Len covers of this song, but this one has always been my favorite since I first heard it several years ago! His voice just has this emotional quality that makes him sound like he's about to cry, which is something I really value in a song I guess lol!

Girl A is sung by Rin, but I didn't know that until I'd already listened to it, possibly hundreds or thousands of times. My fellow Vocaloid otaku will immediately hear the producer name siinamota, and feel a clench in their gut. A beautiful soul and talented artist lost far too soon, we can hear the pain he was experiencing in his songs, the last few things he gave to the world before it became far too painful. All of these songs are really close to my heart as a depressed person, and are a reminder to keep going no matter what, because there will be people who understand, and people who will mourn you. You simply haven't met them yet, and it shouldn't be your loss that introduces you to them.

Well given that I'm 21, dating younger is kind of bad territory. Your brain develops pretty rapidly from your late teens through your mid twenties, and as a result I already feel detached from a lot of 18 and 19 year olds. I know that sounds ridiculous to people older than me, but consider that time looks different to people of different ages! I was 18 almost 4 years ago now, which is already a 5th of my entire life. To me being 18 feels like it was a lifetime ago, and I feel like I've changed and matured in very significant ways since then. That's why I'm at a stage I think where my friends are either my exact age, or significantly older than me by 5 or more years.

That's a long way of saying "I don't want to date an 18 or 19 year old because I feel like the maturity gap there is already significant". Or it's significant enough in terms of a life partnership where I need to rely on this person and depend on them for support. In terms of a more casual arrangement or a friendship, it's a bit easier to imagine myself with someone younger than me.

As for someone older... ha ha... A few people I've already dated or had "arrangements" with since turning 18 have been way older than me... like by 5-15 years. I guess I have less inhibitions about meddling with older folks when it comes to age gaps. I do honestly find it somewhat hot as well, but I wouldn't like leaving myself open for that person to use my age as a "finality card" or "gotcha" in arguments. I think it's a risk for the older party to manipulate by going "well I just understand this better since I'm older and therefore, I'm right" and that would be what creates a power imbalance in a relationship.

I don't think power imbalances are inherent to age gap relationships between adults, but that they ARE common and that's because the power imbalance is created by the older party viewing themselves as superior in some way, or acting more like a parent than a partner.

Wow, that was certainly a ramble.

I used to do web development! I was the best at HTML and CSS, but Javascript was difficult for me to learn. I also tried Python. Everything I've ever made has been pure spaghetti, honestly, but it's something that I still might try to go back to in the future. I'm actually not super "math minded" and computer stuff confuses the hell out of me - when people start listing computer parts and specs my mind completely clocks out. That's why I feel uncomfortable building my own PC and just rely on more tech minded friends to help me buy prebuilts.

I think there's like a small but vocal group of people online who will think less of you if you admit that you find computers confusing, but the thing is, I just do!! They are confusing!! I have other things I AM good at, like writing and art. But my code is spaghetti and my PCs are prebuilt, and I don't care that I'm paying an extra fee for convenience. That's how it is on this bitch of an earth.

I've been in poly relationships before that didn't end up well, perhaps because of my age at the time or because the person I was with who was also dating other people was quite toxic. And then I had another experience with an open relationship (only one committed romantic partnership but we were allowed to have sexual/non-committal experiences with other people) which was, honestly, a far more positive experience.

Right now actually since I'm fresh out of a relationship I've been thinking again about how I experience romance which has included some thoughts about how I experience monogamy. I have never cheated on anyone, but I can't lie and say that a big part of the relief from leaving relationships is always "God, now I can flirt with other people again" or "Thank god I'm not limited to only having sex with that one person forever anymore". I think I have some resentment about committing sexually to just one person forever, but on the other hand I like the idea of having that one emotional/romantic partner who I can always go back to.

Right now regarding polyamory I'm not sure, but I do think that I would want to seek out an open relationship again, but also that it probably(?) won't be a dealbreaker if the person wants complete monogamy, if I really really like them and we are really compatible in every other way.

Another thing is that my sexual needs are just very diverse; as a switch I am deeply attractive to both submission and dominance and it's just really hard to find one person who can be both of those things for me.

I also liked sub sharing, that was something I did before when I was in an open relationship with another dom. BDSM polyamory (in its many forms) is probably the most attractive kind of poly/open style relationship to me.

I think my favorite movie is Jojo Rabbit and the thing I don't like about it is that, although it's an extremely well executed dark drama/comedy and does being a period piece set in Nazi Germany really well in my eyes, the name of it makes it sound like a children's movie and people assume that's what it is, so I always have to explain when I say Jojo Rabbit is my favorite movie. Additionally, like I said they do the dark comedy really well and it never feels like anything but Hitler and the Nazis being the butt of the joke, but I can see "dark comedy about a boy in the Hitler Youth" and the idea of seeing 1940s Germany through that character's eyes to be a turnoff where people will not want to watch the movie out of discomfort with the concept, and won't even want to stick around to see how it's executed. It's something that I understand, but basically, I hate that my favorite movie is so easy to misunderstand and make assumptions about

Yeah! So we use pluralkit on discord as of now because that's the main way we communicate with friends. It's often easier to have it in servers with people we talk to often, even if it's just our two accounts in there, because it can keep the conversations we each have organized in a way that helps our memory issues. (Pluralkit if you don't know is a discord bot that lets you set different fronters, give profiles to different system members, and talk through a proxy that makes it clear who is talking).

Blair - it/he/they (his pronouns change often but this is what they are currently) - protector, often critical of others and the one most likely to disagree with other system members so they kind of have prosecutor tendencies...? but their intention in giving feedback is always constructive, and they just want to keep us safe by being the first to question and the last to trust

Sera - he/they + a bunch of neos - emotional caretaker, caretakes by having a calm and serene outlook that he overrides stress with by fronting, he also often puts us to sleep because he doesn't experience my sleep phobia. He's nonhuman and presents as an angel

Vincent - he/him (subject to change, he's new) - inner child/system little, trauma hider, very sad kid who cries a lot and needs to be taken care of by the rest of us

There's a bunch of fuzziness going on with alters who may or not be dormant or re-integrated into more active alters, and sometimes we still get new ones during periods of high stress, but the most recent addition was Vincent who has actually been around for the longest but we didn't notice him or recognize him as an alter until recently.

As for their social media uses, they might like posts and boost posts. They don't make text posts but will occasionally give short responses to comments while pretending to me, which I discourage because it's confusing to me when I go back and find it.

I kind of don't believe in the efficacy of most recycling practices, but my family does it and so I also do. We put an emphasis on recycling aluminum and glass, which we know will be able to recycle over and over without losing their quality as materials like plastic does. And if possible, we will buy things in aluminum or glass containers instead of plastic, and use reusable water bottles, etc.

Other things I do are try to use energy/resource efficient modes on my laundry machine and dryer. We also do that thing where we save cans and glass bottles to get a dime in return for each!

It's not always possible to be eco-friendly in every situation, realistically, and we are very far from being the ideal "zero waste household", not to mention that our impact will always be less of that like a large corporation with entire massive warehouses full of plastic cups and stuff, but when possible my family does Try.

We also are the only house on the block who requested to have 2 blue (recycling) dumpster bins and 1 brown (general trash) one and we usually fill all 3 before collection day
