Might be ooc but I really like the headcanons of Zhongli being unfamiliar with normal illness, so even a common cold takes him by surprise; surely he's dying, what is this suffering?! But I'd also mentality for a sick Childe: first time Zhongli observes a sick mortal up close and despite being used to see wounds on Childe, this freaks him out! Childe'd just need some rest, maybe some meds but Zhongli can't help but fuss 24/7, consult Baizhu every few hours, and burst into tears when Hu Tao offers a coffin
