as it happens shibboleth being a deity means that the nutritional value of whatever she eats doesn't really matter in the long run. that is to say, it doesn't matter if she's eating strawberry parfaits or cosmic dust, she'll probably enjoy it anyway. merkabah's ability to completely destroy things on a molecular level paves the way for shibboleth to create miniature big bangs and reform the universe akin to made in heaven from part 6, if that makes sense. theoretically speaking this can happen as many times as the sefirot trinity deems fit (and probably would be convenient for shibboleth/merkabah weight gain scenarios tbh)
