Can I download the copy, images, etc. from the web page and post it to another website (bilibili) for promotion in the case of famous authors? Because I don't see anyone with the same interests here in China？

Hmm, so the creators of the images hold the rights to their work, so it would have to be approved by them first. However, if the artist approves, then I wouldn’t mind. However, if anything is taken from the site, it would be nice to have character source credits as well as artist credits.
