Channeling my mind into new things. Watch movies, invested to some new series, read books, wrote journals. I think it's important to make the emotions I felt turn into some form of art even if it was a word vomit rather than keep hiding it so whenever I feel sad, I keep making sure I have tons of positive activities I can do to let out those negative ones and feel okay again.
I usually distance myself until I can control my own feelings again. While distancing myself from everyone, I do something that could build up my mood again.. I refuse to let it consume me slowly. Then, after that, I will talk with my boyfriend, as we both agree to share each other's problems. I would try to pour out what I feel— I try to reduce not to hold and hide alone.
