Re-answering this question. I decided that it’s natural and it’s not considered special in-universe. Her shenanigans are in the “real world” but its still fictional and anime logic applies. Besides many anime take place in the real world, but still have unrealistic hair colors or design traits. Just don’t expect her to have any special powers or any supernatural/fantasy elements in her shenanigans.
