You don't need to reply to this publicly, but i thought you should be aware that the mastercard petition on the ACLU thing was actually from 2021, and they already filed a complaint with the FTC in mid 2023. It's not (directly) related to the gumroad thing unfortunately.

I see! That was a push I’m hoping they noticed regardless. I’m trying to work through other organizations for assistance at the moment, but if the ACLU picks this up more it’d be huge. Thanks for lookin out!
