What is Aybars's favorite food to cook? Is it the same as his favorite to eat?

His favorite dish to make is Testi Kebab/Pottery Kebab, for him it's a very meditative process and the dish, if well prepared, is delicious
His favorite food however is Börek (Baked Filled Pastries), and he always buys them from the same street vendor during his market trips
