If you are in a bad mood, do you prefer to be alone or be with someone to cheer you up?

It depends on my mood and how bad it is. Sometimes I prefer to be alone so I can take the time to process my emotions and reflect on what is causing me to feel bad. However, I appreciate having someone around to talk to and lean on. So if I need to chat or vent, having someone there to listen can definitely help cheer me up. :D
