How do you eat your pizza? Knife and fork? From the middle to the outside?

I cut it into eight equally large circle sectors and use my hands to put them into my greedy mouth

I divide my pizza into sections. Usually 8 pieces at about 45 degree each. I eat them from the center tip outward to the crusty rim. And sure, I hold the pieces in my hand.
