what do you usually do to make you happy when you feel sad?

Either doing a hard reset to my brain (a.k.a sleeping) or.. blowing off some steam, however it might be.

Hmm.. jajan? Atau biasanya nonton youtube/film/series. Aku suka nonton buat me time dan healing!

First of all, i’ll allow myself to be sad and give myself the right to live the emotions. Then i’ll using coping skills whether that is talking to someone about what is going on, finding answers to what is causing that emotion or might be such as drawing, listen to favorite songs, books, and so many other healthy ideas! <3

Read Wattpad story/book/manhwa, watchinv funny moments of my idol, or just play a game.

Talking to some of my friends or just making myself busy with some movies or games kinda helps, try it.

I cope up with things I love and hobbies. Catching up tv series or film, reading a book, and shopping. I swear I always try my best to get rid of this feeling, by fulfilling myself with activity that I surely enjoy.
