African American language as an English derivative has some unique expressions that are strong additions to common English and an enrichment. For me song lyrics are therefore tough and fresh the same time. Do you know any source of help for non natives ?

I'm a full-on native and I struggle...my strategy is to wander around like a doddering old man misusing the words until one of the kiddos takes pity upon me and explains what 'chewin' means
