I'm sorry for the late response! I'm still getting used to Retrospring. Thank you so much! I'm not familiar with any other apps for editing besides the one you mentioned, except for those specifically for filters and textures. You might want to try Photopea, I've heard good things about it. If you need more options for textures and filters, I recommend Hypic and Prequel. I still use them sometimes too. I'll attach some examples in my reply.
