For the Writer’s Portfolio, can the 500 - 1000 word snippet can we just submit a draft we made or does it have to be published already? And if a draft is allowed is it okay to send a bullet point one or does it have to be a finished story?

Your snippet doesn't have to be from a published story, but it should be from a completed work/chapter as opposed to just 500 words worth of bullet points c:
