For my fellow oc makers: When you make a new oc how do you usually start? Do you think of the design and then personality and story or the reverse?

Most of the time I'll have a little bit of the personality down before I do the design, but most of it is done afterwards. Sometimes I'll come up with new stuff while making their designs which make me change the direction the deign was going!
