You just got home from a long day at work, and you find that food of some description has been prepared and waiting for you.
What would be the nicest thing to find waiting for you? Could be a dinner or dessert or anything else you could imagine.
Honestly, it would be a couple of varieties of take-out but you said "prepared." 🤭
I'm restricting it to things you could actually make in my kitchen to make it more interesting and besides, I'm a simple girl with simple tastes.
Bacon cheeseburgers with a half a metric ton of fries. Fries are life. Fries are everything.
Honourable mention to my favourite kind of tostadas (fried tortillas with toppings) like Mum used to make me: first slather a bit mayo, then a layer of refried beans with chorizo (spiced pork sausage), red rice on top and finally ground beef with a red salsa.
