What do you do if you’ve got the big sad?

I try and ALWAYS stay positive- there is absolutely ALWAYS something to be thankful for, no matter WHAT. Making my friends feel better, helping the people close to me, that always helps me feel better too! Very rarely are my problems permanent- whenever I'm down, I try and remind myself that the feelings will pass, and to view them in the grand scheme of things!
