Best website builder for original content and live posts? (not blocked by MOST school computers preferably)

How live are we talking? If you want blogs, then github pages and neocities are probably not bad. Besides that idk I don't know of any that aren't comically bloated. I guess there's squarespace or shit like that but they are so bloated
