hi friend! first, take care & be safe! & here's what i would suggest. 1. reassurance! though you won't be around for some time, it's good to remind your partner that you'll always be around for the long run, even if there's been a bit of a hiccup. or if you're worried they'll lose feelings, it's okay to ask for reassurance too. 2. check-ins! if time allows you, a check-in with your lover sporadically to make sure they're alright while you're away is a good idea too. distance is scary, but it does make the heart grow fonder. they're going to love you the same, i believe it!
