Have you ever feel so tired but its not a physically tired, its mentally tired.. what will you do in that kind of situation? Is there anything can make you feel better?
If there is a friend available for a talk, I would let my heart out. If not I would still pour it in a journal. Then within that I should be able to figure out the problem and might as well the solution. If not then I’ll let myself be tired for a day or two, then I’ll try to get back up again on the third day.
Yes. I think the best way to deal with such thing is by trying to figure out how we actually feel. Are we tired? What's the cause? Apakah memang capek, atau ada emosi lain yang kita rasakan? Kalau udah tau, baru cari tau jalan keluarnya; lakukan hal-hal yang memang bisa membuat kita merasa lebih baikㅡeat good foods, spending times with our beloved ones, do our hobby, etc. Aku biasanya kayak gitu.
