I'm predisposed to sympathize with birds so this is tough... I originally thought, maybe Anzû, or a bird in the Hebrew Bible or the šumma ālu. But actually, I like those ones; birds act properly according to their divinely cognized nature. But if we take birds not to act according to their proper laws, the most egregious offender would be male ducks. And if a bird is anthropomorphized then surely it has the capacity to act improperly.
