I have a meeting with HR and the team leader and the union rep Tommrow do you think they will sack me? What do you think will happen in this meeting?

The company likely wants to sack you, but they're afraid of the law. If possible, talk to the union rep to discuss your situation before the meeting as they're the one that will defend you against the company. Worst case scenario, if the company decides to illegally fire you, you can sue them and get a good amount of money.
