Five course meal. 1st: grilled scallops in garlic with lemon drizzle 2nd: sweet potato soup with coriander and cocoa milk and chillies, 3rd: fresh sole half done in white wine with bacon cubes, 4th: avocado cream with roasted cashews and pickled red onion, 5th. lemon sorbet with lemon zest and cold cucumber cubes. Also several drinks as you like. White wine? Belgian Strong Ale? Sparkling water, my famous cocktail with mint, vodka and ginger ale?
