Kalau lagi sebat (stress berat), sebaiknya ngapain ya biar mengurangi stress itu?

Main game. Biarpun kadang bikin pusing, tapi jadi pindah stressnya kesana. Sama nonton deh, nonton anime/konten lucu di YT/Tiktok.
