Hi, I saw the issues you’re having with your stomach. It does sound like a reflux issue. Sleeping on your left is better for it and taking your country’s version of peptac before bed as well as avoiding eating too much late in the day and anything too acidic or greasy such as fruit or fried foods might help. I recommend keeping a food diary to take to your GP if it persists.
