⋆ ౨ৎ hi, guys! i'm curious about your preferences when it comes to comfort!

suppose you were crying and someone noticed it; what would you want them to do? would you prefer a hug? a pat on the back? i would love to know your soft-spot!

I would be happy if I got a hug and a pat on the head, it would be better if they gave me words that make me feel better <3

well i prefer someone that said nothing but sit beside me for hours. i would also like a hug or a small pat on my head

i would hate it if someone actually have to see me cry. but truthfully speaking, i do like it if someone just sit with me without having to say anything. just enjoying each others company when they know there's something in my mind. nothing else, just a company, just their presence is the biggest comfort that i enjoyed.

honestly i think im someone who craves physical comfort when im feeling upset. i dont rlly know why but i just tend to get rlly overwhelmed w my emotions sometimes n when that happens i just want to be hugged, yk. its just rlly comforting n makes me feel loved and safe. if u give me physical comfort, ill feel much better in a matter of seconds.

but tbh, i wouldnt mind any form of comfort, as long as its genuine n heartfelt, that would be enough for me ☺️

If I were crying and someone noticed, I would prefer them to leave me alone... Well, if they're close enough, maybe a hug would make me feel better.

It depends a lot on what's my relationship with them. I prefer a hug and other affectionate/protective physical gestures from a romantical partner. I'd love to be given a personal space from family. When it's a friend, I appreciate it when they comfort me by helping me doing whatever I was supposed to do/finish at that moment, or act as my spokesperson for the time being. If it's a stranger, I think I'm good with some kind words :)
