do you do anything special for warmups when you sit down to draw? i.e., how some ppl will fill a page with/ squares and circles or gesture drawings?

OOF man I WISH... I'm such a bad excuse of an artist haha /lh
I always tell myself that I WILL sit down and do a 30mn warmup/studies before starting to draw but i'm such a greedy gremlin that I immediately jump onto the drawing i had in mind instead, leaving me with little to no energy to actually do studies LOL
I would love to be more consistent with gesture drawing/studies though ! ADHD got my ass good LOLOL
