Hm other than the thing i said in the other ask about keeping 3d forms in mind when you draw i feel like the only thing that really helped me was observing with intention.. like i could look at a reference or a picture But i have to force myself to try to understand the shape and muscle Underneath the pose or whatever i’m looking at IDK i’m rly bad at explaining i’m so sorry. gesture studies helped me a lot in eyeballing proportions but that’s all i can really think of >_< i’m not a big reference user anymore i kind of just guesstimate everythung
