Pros:
- You get to interact with a wide range of people on a daily basis, from regular customers to tourists, which can be both rewarding and enjoyable.
- Working as a barista allows you to develop valuable skills in customer service, time management, and multitasking.

Cons:
Dealing with difficult customers or handling complaints can be emotionally taxing and require patience and diplomacy.
