i find this extremely cute and yes maybe at some point kaveh would "subconsciously" want more of haitham's affection, it's also alhaitham's way of helping kaveh wanting for himself, and it lowkey makes alhaitham unable to control his rationality knowing kaveh is asking to be .... marked!! UGH I LOVE THIS??
