any tips for learning how to draw?

hum... broadly, i'd say get unashamedly fixated on something. it'll make you want to draw a LOT, and ultimately that's the only way to improve. you'll only go as far as your passion carries you, realistically.

in terms of more technical advice, i'd suggest picking up some books written by the masters (loomis, bridgman, etc). but for something more accessible, i can recommend:
- drawing form and pose by tomfoxdraws
- point character drawings (1 & 2) by taco
the latter has their content posted for free on twitter, too. even if you can't understand korean, it's very helpful! (https://x.com/taco1704)

something much less helpful: i often post timelapses on my side account (lol). i've always enjoyed watching the process of other artists, and you can always pick up something new, so who knows!
