if you could add or remove a feature to a language you speak, what would it be?

the boring answer is "remove gender from portuguese." remove number too, for that matter. I'd like to have transparent etymology as well but adding that to either PT or EN would require a massive overhaul I think. at this point I'm just reinventing japanese lol
