I like to predict things before I do them. Because I believe that everything that we do, that we choose, that we live will always find a fork in the road. What if I decide to choose A, what are the benefits and advantages, will I be able to accept the consequences or not. I will also ask myself the same thing for choice B. And so on. This can reduce fear, because I always believe that prevention is better than cure.
