What ISO standard is stuck in your head?

ISO 13249-3 Information technology - Database languages - SQL Multimedia and Application Packages Part 3: Spatial 5th Edition

I uploaded a draft of it here. I spent way too much time using it to understand two serialization formats for geospatial information and writing a regex and a YAML parser for them
