Zheng usually avoids getting to that point, they'd rather agree to something even if they're not exactly fine with it than cause unnecessary division but of course that has its limits.

Raiden is a very "if it doesn't cross the line i'm willing to go to, then i don't have a reason to object" kinda person but they're more?? how do i phrase it, more volatile than most. if necessary even if they have agreed to something, they're willing to break that agreement. if they actually get to the point of arguments, they're definitely very emotionally driven but does have a sense for where logic is more important.

Cascade doesn't argue with anything, straight up. if she's told to do something, she will get it done regardless.

Empyrean is also usually very chill, arguments are few and far between but is definitely the second most logical of the bunch only behind Zheng.

Vitani also avoids arguments but for a different reason to Zheng, personally she gets a bit terrified of hearing people argue so she avoids it.
