shipping costs are unfortunately something i can't do too much about. at 650 pages and a hardcover, book is over two pounds, which means i have to ship it as though it's three pounds, which drives up the cost. add to that issue that international shipping costs have gone up generally... it's a big hit for folks, and i understand that. a GO can help mitigate costs, tho!
