How do you consistently show kindness to those around you?

Not sure, since I get drained so fast and I don't know if I consistently show my only-kindness to people around me. But, listen to them when they wanna share their stories, not judging them to things I don't know well, and give the best things I could do for them are the things {I thought} I'm done.
